FAQs
Who is Salty Chapter for?
Small businesses that want to be easier to find, look more professional online and actually understand what their digital presence is doing. Whether you’re starting from scratch or know something isn’t quite working, that’s where I come in.
Do I need to be based in Cornwall?
Nope. Salty Chapter works remotely, so you can be anywhere in the UK. Cornwall is home, but the internet is considerably less fussy about geography.
I don’t have a website yet. Can you help?
Yes. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come to me. We can look at what you need, what you actually don’t need, and work out the best place to start.

What if I already have a website?
Perfect. That’s exactly what Investigate is for. I’ll dig into what you’ve already got, look at the things that could be holding it back and give you clear, practical recommendations — without drowning you in technical jargon.
What do I need to provide you?
That depends on what you’ve booked. You’ll get clear instructions on anything I need from you, and I’ll tell you exactly what’s required. No mysterious homework. No guessing what I’m asking for.
How quickly will I get my audit?
I'll confirm your delivery timescale in writing before you book. It runs from the agreed start date, once payment and any information or access needed are in place.

Do you build websites too?
Yes. Salty Chapter can help with website design and development, whether you’re starting from scratch or your current site needs a serious rethink.
Do you manage social media?
I create one-off content and design assets, including graphics, reels and creative content packages. You handle posting and running your accounts. I don't offer ongoing content management or social media management.
Not sure what you actually need?
That’s fine. You don’t have to diagnose your own digital problems before talking to me. If you’re not sure where to start, that's exactly what I'm here for.
